GROUPTAG PROJECT

Developed and implemented a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Grouptag, improving student engagement and communication. Evaluated and optimized Grouptag’s mobile app, enhancing user engagement through mobile marketing strategies. Conducted a PESTLE analysis to assess political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental factors impacting the business. Analyzed SWOT by synthesizing internal and external insights. Reviewed customer segmentation, proposed data-driven improvements, created personas, and mapped the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and interactions.

VISIT VICTORIA CX DESIGN

Customer Experience Design - RMIT University

Conduct in-depth primary and secondary research to gather insights on customer behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Develop rich & authentic personas and create detailed customer journey maps to visualize the end-to-end experience of visiting Victoria, including pre-visit research, arrival, exploration, and departure. Identified key customer experience problems through design thinking methodologies, providing actionable solutions. Formulate a clear CX strategy aligned with Visit Victoria’s brand mission and future vision. Develop prototypes (e.g., mock-ups, storyboards) via Figma tool to visualize solutions. Analyzed customer data from research insights to define CX problems and develop targeted solutions.

VISIT THE MURRAY - VICTORIA

Interactive Marketing - RMIT University

Identify the target audience and create a persona to better understand their needs, preferences, and behaviors. Identify three relevant interactive marketing tactics suitable for attracting more visitors to the Murray Region Victoria. Developed a taxonomy of interactive engagement practices, identifying action/reaction chains to optimize consumer engagement. Defined different engagement types and motivations, ensuring they aligned with marketing objectives. Develop a storyboard for the chosen tactic, including visuals to help the client understand how they would implement this tactic in a potential campaign and what value they would get out of implementing this tactic. Created prototypes and consumer journey maps, ensuring end-to-end customer experience alignment for interactive marketing campaigns.
